Local adult probation is called community supervision in Texas. State parole and mandatory supervision are administered through TDCJ channels.

If the number is unknown, use exact identifying details.

Give the full name, known aliases, date of birth if known, booking number, and approximate booking or release date. Ask for a named existing record, such as a booking-out sheet, release sheet, transfer order, jail-register entry, judgment, or dismissal order. Terry County publishes no local flat records fee or guaranteed response time, so request an estimate before costs are incurred.
